Financial Information
Our fees are comparable to those charged in this area, but more importantly, they are based on our commitment to provide you with the highest quality dental health care by having an exceedingly well-trained staff along with quality products and equipment. In any event, we will not begin treatment until all fees are fully discussed with you and financial arrangements have been made. If you have any questions or concerns, we will be happy to discuss them with you. We know that everyone is concerned about the affordability of health care services Unexpected medical/dental expenses frequently disrupt the best-planned home budget. Because of this, Dental Associates offers a variety of payment options. We do not want you to delay your necessary treatment because of finances. We accept all major credit cards and have extended payment plans.
InsuranceThe two plans that we participate with are Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (through an employer...not state insurance) and the Delta Dental premier plan. If you have an insurance plan that allows you to go out of network, we are more than happy to submit the claims for you. We always let patients know that they would be made aware of what their estimated out of pocket expenses would be prior to the onset of treatment. We can also look into a patient's particular plan if you have any questions regarding what your coverage would be for various procedures. We can look into the particular plan that you decide to choose if you supply us with some additional information (ie: employers name, ID#, policy holders name and date of birth). We know from experience that your treatment decision should not be based on insurance coverage alone. It is important to understand that dental insurance differ significantly from medical insurance.
Please call any of our offices or send an email to billing@dentalassociates.us if you have financial questions regarding treatment. |
