Dr. George  Cody

A native of Trumbull, Dr. Cody graduated from the University of Connecticut and the Temple University School of Dentistry. He completed his General Dental Residency at New Rochelle Hospital in Westchester County, New York where he was the first dental resident ever to present a case study at the Annual Meeting of the entire hospital staff.

In 1989, Dr. Cody received the Academy of General Dentistry's Mastership Award, the organization's highest recognition for achievement in continuing education. He also received the Fellowship Award from the Academy in 1980 and was one of only 665 dentists worldwide to have been awarded the honorary fellowship from the Academy of Dentistry International and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Both awards recognize Dr. Cody’s dedication to continuing education.

Dr. Cody earned his Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 1992, and in 1994 achieved the organization’s highest recognition as Diplomate. As of 1994, that honor had been earned by only 290 implantologists throughout the world at that time. Dr. Cody is also a Diplomate for the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is a Fellow with the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Federation Dentaire International, and the Academy of Dentistry International. Through his commitment to advanced dental technology and techniques, Dr. Cody frequently attends seminars and specialized training courses each year around the world.
