Dr. Patrick W. McGary would like to welcome you and your entire family to Dental Associates’ Newtown office! It is the goal of Dr. McGary and his incredibly talented pediatric hygienists and dental staff to make sure your children receive the very best care in a fun, compassionate and comfortable setting.

 Dr. McGary graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in biology and a minor in chemistry from the State University of New York at Purchase. After college Dr. McGary attended the University Of Connecticut School Of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree. Following dental school Dr. McGary stayed at the University Of Connecticut School Of Dental Medicine for an additional three years where he completed two post-graduate residency programs to receive his certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry.

 Dr. McGary is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA), the Bridgeport Dental Association, the Connecticut Society of Pediatric Dentists (CSPD), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD).

 In addition, Dr. McGary has operating room privileges and is on-staff at Danbury Hospital. He also serves as a Dental Consultant for Children's Adventure Center, 14 Riverside Road, Sandy Hook, CT 06482 phone: 203-426-3018, fax: 203-270-4230. Dr. McGary is available to the director and staff regarding advice on the dental health and care of the children enrolled in the school and he’s available for dental emergencies or problems that may arise.

 Dr. McGary lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife and three boys. He enjoys traveling, food, and spending time with his wonderful family.
